Swipie ("we", "our", "the app") is a photo and video management application. Your privacy is our top priority. This policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Data Collection
Swipie does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. We do not have servers, databases, or any cloud infrastructure. The app works 100% locally on your device.
3. Photo & Video Access
Swipie requests access to your device's photo library solely to display, analyze, and help you organize your photos and videos. Your media files are never uploaded, copied, or shared with any third party. All processing happens entirely on your device.
4. On-Device Processing
Smart detection features (similar photo detection, blurry photo detection, screenshot detection) use on-device algorithms. No images are sent to external servers or APIs for analysis. No internet connection is required for these features.
5. In-App Purchases
Swipie offers a Pro subscription upgrade. Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.
6. Analytics & Tracking
Swipie does not use any analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your usage behavior, and we do not display advertisements.
7. Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data.
8. Children's Privacy
Swipie does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app does not require an account or any personal information to function.
9. Data Deletion
Photos and videos you choose to delete through Swipie are moved to your device's trash (Recycle Bin). They can be recovered within approximately 30 days, after which the operating system permanently removes them. Swipie does not maintain a separate copy of deleted files.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app with an updated date.
