1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Swipie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Swipie is a photo and video management app that helps you organize and clean up your device's media library using swipe gestures and smart detection features. The app operates entirely on your device.
3. Free and Pro Versions
Swipie offers a free version with a lifetime limit of 25 swipes. The Pro version, available as a subscription, unlocks unlimited swipes and access to smart detection features (similar photo detection, blurry photo detection, screenshot detection). Pricing is displayed in the app and may vary by region.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your decisions when using Swipie. When you swipe left to mark a photo or video for deletion, and confirm the deletion, the file is moved to your device's trash. While files can typically be recovered from the trash within 30 days, we recommend reviewing your selections carefully before confirming.
5. Deletion & Recovery
Swipie uses your device's native deletion mechanism. Deleted files are moved to your device's trash (Recycle Bin) and can be recovered within approximately 30 days. After this period, the operating system permanently removes them. Swipie is not responsible for files that cannot be recovered after permanent deletion.
6. Intellectual Property
Swipie, including its design, code, and brand elements, is the intellectual property of Swipie. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
7. No Warranty
Swipie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate detection results, smart detection features (similar, blurry, screenshot) may not always be 100% accurate. You should always review suggestions before confirming deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swipie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to data loss.
9. Third-Party Services
In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). These transactions are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions. Swipie does not handle payment processing.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
